SARS-CoV-2 Extended ELITe MGB® Kit

The SARS-CoV-2 Extended ELITe MGB® Kit is used as reflex test for the detection and discrimination of the mutations L452R, E484K, E484Q and N501Y of the S gene of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 virus) through Reverse Transcription and Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction and melting curve analysis. Due to this multi-target design, the assay can be used as an aid in identification of the delta (Indian) variant, lineage B.1.617.2 in addition to alpha (UK) variant, VOC 202012/01, lineage B.1.1.7, the beta (South African) variant, 501Y.V2, lineage B.1.351, the zeta (Brazilian) variant, lineage P2, the gamma (Japanese) variant, lineage P1, the eta (Nigerian) variant, lineage B.1.525, the epsilon (Californian) variant, lineage B.1.429 and the kappa (Indian) variant, lineage B.1.617.1. The test is intended for Research Use Only.
